Our
Expertise
At our Center for Allergology and Clinical Immunology, we offer many years of experience in highly specialized medicine as well as state-of-the-art treatments covering the entire spectrum of allergies, autoimmune diseases, autoinflammatory disorders, and immunodeficiencies. Our goal is to provide patients with individualized treatment strategies tailored to their specific condition, based on the latest scientific evidence.
Allergies
Our range of services includes the diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of allergies, including pollen, house dust mite, insect venom, food, and drug allergies. We also care for patients with chronic conditions such as urticaria, allergic asthma, and atopic dermatitis. By using targeted approaches ranging from specific immunotherapy (desensitization) to the use of biologics, we pursue therapies that address the underlying causes of disease, with the goal of sustainably improving the quality of life and long-term outcomes for our patients.
Immunology
We specialize in the full spectrum of immunological diseases, including congenital and acquired immunodeficiencies with increased susceptibility to infections, as well as autoinflammatory disorders and fever syndromes. Patients with unclear inflammatory conditions also benefit from our broad expertise. Through careful, multi-step diagnostics – including serological, cellular, and genetic analyses – we are able to identify specific inflammatory patterns and provide individually tailored treatments through targeted therapies.
Autoimmunity
Our expertise covers systemic autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and Sjögren’s syndrome, granulomatous diseases such as sarcoidosis, as well as autoimmune vascular diseases (vasculitides). In the case of organ-specific autoimmunity, we pursue an interdisciplinary approach and rely on an established network of specialists across Europe to ensure comprehensive patient care.
